Just ordered a Gaggia Classic Pro E24. Need to find a grinder to pair with it. Looking at the DF54 v3/v4, Varia VS3, Eureka Mignon Notte, and Baratze Sette 30 AP. Do any of those standout as a better/worse choice to you?

hey there. love your content firstly 😊😊🙏🙏 Question... I have a Breville Barista express, and looking at the steam power on the Gaggia, it seems basically the same power and pressure as the BE. Does this sound like a fair assessment? im looking at how long you were steaming, and that's about the time I spend on the BE... maybe 4 seconds longer for me on the BE...

Pour more slowly and you’ll have more control your texture looks fine you’re just pouring too quickly
