In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add the garlic. Cook just until fragrant. 2. Pour in the tomato passata and season with salt and pepper. 3. Add the pastina directly to the sauce and begin cooking, stirring frequently. 4. Gradually add the hot broth as the pasta cooks, letting it absorb before adding more. 5.
