Nope. Its HARD plastic. Really fast and chaotic at times. My cat couldnt be bothered and then it bashed my cat in the face. Now she wont go near it. My cat is a killer too. Tough and usually unfazed. 🤷♂️cats will be cats. Its a gamble no matter what
