@dailyrepsguy: 148 days of seeing if I can get jacked in under 20 minutes a day. Today was an upper body workout. I did basically the same workout that I did two days ago except I did everything in slow motion and with a pause. Push-ups were significantly harder today. It was fun to mix up the pace and hit my muscles a little bit differently. With the slowed down workout showing, feel free to give me any feedback or critique on my form.
