Omg. When I go food shopping I help as many older people that I can. Load their car and take the cart back. I feel so good doing it. 😘

Absolutely there was an old lady that was struggling I put her groceries in her cart then helped her out and put it in her car. It took me like 5 minutes out of my day . Turns out she just had hip surgery and her husband had just passed.
