I’ve had a couple of dogs that suddenly got like this after grooming them for a few years, it lasted 2-3 grooms then stopped? Like disliked even the noise of the clippers

Thankfully my girl is pretty well behaved for her grooms and the girls always do a fab job with her, she has unfortunately figured out how to open the door on their bath though and makes escape attempts regularly 🙈😂

Maybe he thinks the table is a bad place ? You could switch it up and try clipping in the bath or floor then switch back to the table?

I had a dog suddenly bite me his last two appointments I suggested to his owner to take him to the vets for a check just cause it was not normal behaviour for him. The vets ended up finding a lump with cancer. He recently came in for a groom after having the lump removed and he was back to his normal self no biting. It definitely is worth suggesting a vet visit if their behaviour suddenly changes

I had a new cockapoo client today that was SO snappy for his face and he’s only 1 🥺 did NOT tolerate a muzzle and I couldn’t do his head at all! He did manage to burst my knuckle 🙈 retrying his head on Friday 🤣
