The mine I worked out at in Alaska had a few b70’s that looked similar, I never had time to actually take a look at them though, was too busy chasing 777’s around. Supposedly they were death traps (although from what it sounded like to me they just needed a bunch of work) air brakes I think, and were side dump machines, perfect for dam raises and stuff like that, and that’s actually why we had them out there. I believe they had air brakes as well, I’ll have to look through my phone and see if I got any pictures
