The amount of people here who clearly didn't watch/understand the video.. Guys, the point is that if it happens once in a while but your partner is otherwise loving and clearly cares then you should reflect on your anxiety. If it's a pattern that happens constantly and your partner is acting distant in general then it's a problem worth addressing. All explained in the video.
