I transitioned into a lucrative Tech career from a life on the roads. How I did it? Skill up (IT courses and YouTube) told porkies on my CV based on the skills I learnt and made sure I was able to defend myself in interviews. Once I got into the door I was able to navigate my career by continuous self learning, picking up experience and specialising

I understand many people don’t have the privilege, but I am lucky enough to be a citizen of Cyprus aswell as UK. I studied in the UK, moved there after graduation, and I bareley was able to find a job. I moved back to Cyprus, where fintech companies are everywhere, and got a job within 2 weeks. I was looking in the uk for 10 months.
