Trust me, it gets tolerable. It definitely took longer than I cared for (I struggled bad with it) but I don’t like to go to bed without it now.

Right there with you. Been trying it for years. Can’t seem to get to sleep with it on my face.

Okay so it took me around 4 months and a few masks to figure out what worked. My biggest issue was air leaking and hitting me in the eye. Turns out, my nose shape wasn’t working for the nasal or hybrid (what you have) masks. I ended up getting a full face mask (resmed F20 memory foam) and it changed my life. The hose is out the front but I got used to it by threading the hose up to the top of my pillow/ headboard so it would flip when I did!

A month in and I still hate wearing mine 😭. I can’t move the way I want to move. After 4 hours, I take it right off 😅

Omg. This is me but with nasal pillows. Cant do full mask, I feel smothered thinking about it. I’ve had the machine for like 4 months now and I still haven’t gotten used to it. Once I see 4 hours have passed I yank it off and sleep comfortably (although technically uncomfortably bc I get 80 events an hr )

Definitely get you a mask with a top of the head hose it's so much better. Then get a hose hanger I have never gotten tangled in 8 years. Good luck!

Look up oral appliance for sleep apnea. It’s like a retainer instead of the machine.

Took me over a year to get used to CPAP therapy. Bedside tube holder helped a ton, wasn’t constantly fighting with the tube and ripping the machine off my nightstand anymore.

They make a CPAP pillow helps to sleep on your side, also get a silk pillow case. Seems to help, It’s a struggle I know. Good luck

This can be helped. I’m a chiropractor. The jaw (TMJ) is often the reason!
