This made me feel seen. I’ve got trazodone for sleep, but sometimes she doesn’t help me fall asleep so I’ve also got hydroxyzine. Also have Lexapro, didn’t help my depression but it helps my OCD. So we added Wellbutrin to the lineup for appetite control and depression. Still didn’t have any motivation/struggle to concentrate so atomoxetine was added.

If it’s any consolation I’m on 150mg of Zoloft and it has helped me SO much with my anxiety. The amount of times something has happened and I’ve just stopped in shock that I WASNT spiraling after is crazy.

Im on zoloft. Thought it was helping and then I had a conversation with my partner and we realized it is definitely NOT helping! I just thought i was stressed but timing makes sense. Figuring out mental health is so much fun
