This is 100% true we picked a kitten up from outside of our house that had diarrhea almost nonstop. It was horrible. It smelled like death sorry but that’s the truth. My husband spoke with a veterinarian and told her the situation at the time we could not afford to actually take the cat in the vet, said give the cat pumpkin purée within a few hours the diarrhea stopped. She started to be able to not only hold down the food and liquids, but the diarrhea stopped
