So rookie like super rookie question BUT let’s say I’m in second I’m coming to a red light when I almost get to the light do I let go of the throttle and wait for the bike to get to a certain MPH to pull in the clutch ?

God i reak out so much. i feel like e need to go from 3 to 2nd to 1st....hahah...downshifting while descending? blows my mind. always afraid that as soon as i press on that clutch the bike is gonna get out of my grip

I usually pump to the gear matching my speed as I decelerate. That way if I gotta accelerate I’m in a better position to.
