I agree with the driver if she did not move that vehicle and she’s sitting there waiting till she comes back to herself. She’s being responsible and she should not be arrested for not driving. All she was doing was gathering herself. Was the car turned on was the car and drivethere’s a lot of questions that has to be asked before you make this kind of reasonable judgment.
