Because it’s a Samsung. Samsung appliances suck. I had this same issue. Look up “drilling holes in Samsung washer” that’s what we had to do to resolve the issue

This just happened to mine. Its the suspension rods. Order them from Amazon. They were like $35. My husband installed them by watching videos of how to so it. Now its good as new.

try putting your clothes in the shape of a donut when you’re loading them, leaving a hole in the middle the whole way up. it’s all about weight distribution.

We have the same exact washer and it’s such a pos. We paid $400 to have the rods or whatever replaced and still have issues. I’ll never own Samsung again.
