pull the intake manifold. look to see if it's plugged/restricted (build up) I've replaced countless intake manifolds

Yeah, mine caught on fire, I fixed it ($5,000) and then after the latest fuel recall the motor grenaded on the highway the next day

Idk if it’s the ecodisel or the Cummings but the clutch fans that’s shorted out and when you put it in gear it stalls it
