it takes more than believing one must be born again, away with the old person and become a new person, also a person can loose their salvation .

“If you love me then you will follow my commandments” | “branches that do not produce fruit will be cut off and thrown into the fire” | “showing up to the wedding without wedding attire and you will be cast out into utter darkness with weeping and the gnashing of teeth” | we go to heaven based on our heart. Do we believe in Jesus and love Jesus? If we do then we must try our best to do as he commands, though the works themselves don’t earn us anything. It’s all about the heart.

Isn't Paul's warning in Galatians 5 , that if you continue in the works and the flesh that you "shall not inherit the kingdom of heaven", a condition of salvation

I went back to a man God told me to leave.. I’m afraid I’m not gonna make it.. I’m new to following Christ and terrified of failure and frozen in fear of hell.

Blessed assurance is so good. Works don’t do anything for our salvation, but they are the evidence of our salvation. And Jesus rewards us according to our works at the Bema Seat judgment. Would it be accurate to say that the more we allow God to work in us, the more we will be rewarded?
