Collagen is an incomplete protein. It lacks some essential amino acids, so it cannot support muscle building and isn’t a “targeted” ingredient your body will preferentially use for skin, hair, joints, etc. The real benefit would only come if your body uses the amino acids from collagen in its general protein pool. After reading the ingredients I don’t see any building blocks for this product to actually be effective.
