When I was growing up we got ZERO treats. Fruit was a snack. Jello was dessert. I went to college and went sugar crazy! I made sure to allow my kids treats so they wouldn’t overcompensate later in life

I also don’t take my almost 2 year old daughter to all her dr’s appts cause she’s deathly terrified of going and every appt is just her screaming and crying and I can’t take it 😩.

we just night weaned at 18 months and we're finally sleeping again!! Although he still needs to sleep right up against me...😂 It definitely took about 2 weeks of getting him used to it. the first week he was maaadddd I almost gave up but he finally got it. I'm so proud of him AND me 😂😂😂
