@itsaflavorfullife: No bake ‘cheesecake’! I feel like all of the vids I’ve seen just use Greek yogurt and that does seem very cheesecake like to me?? So I added some whipped cream cheese and that was lovely. Also this feels more like an icebox cake?! What in the marketing is happening here… Anyway here’s my rendition 😂 it was amaze. Have you tried it yet?! Also I’ve seen about a bajillion videos of this and have absolutely zero idea who started it and Google didn’t tell me either so please don’t yell at me, it’s called a food trend, lots of people do it 😭

My daughter has type 1 and celiacs. We’ve been making vanilla greek yogurt (two good) and the gf chocolate cookies (Simple Mills) and Bonne Maman raspberry preserves. It’s protein, low carb, so good!
