I’ve been taken to the hospital several times because of kidney stones. I’ve always been given pain injections while in the ambulance. Some of you are talking nonsense. When it’s necessary, for severe pain, you aren’t getting addicted, you’re being relieved of pain. Wishing you the best, Josh. ♥️

There's nothing wrong with using pain meds as prescribed and needed under the care of a Physician. I hate that nowadays when you tell anybody that you're taking a pain med for something they automatically make assumptions or lecture you.

These comments about addiction are a tad overkill here. He's still in the hospital and being monitored. They won't just send him home with a liquid IV. I'm a recovering alcoholic so I get it, but dang. Can he just enjoy his few moments of the pain relief he desperately needed?
