@joyeeyang0: The RRSP Home Buyers Plan can help with a down payment, but it comes with opportunity costs 😬. Time out of the market, no new tax deductions on repayments, and potential tax consequences all matter. Make sure the math works beyond year one! #investingforbeginners #passiveincome #invest #invest #money
Its better to put the 60k in your tfsa instead of using as a down payment, you repay the 4k per year with the profit made from your tfsa

I treat this like a normal lifestyle, not a hustle fantasy. Once I did that, my store started doing around $7k weekly consistently.

hi :
So what do you suggest? Just save for a down payment rather than using your rrsp?

Use FHSA for your home down payment. You don't need to take loan from RRSP or TFSA. Leave those accounts alone. Let it grow and continue to invest. It will appreciate overtime.

Starting out with my online side hustle, the focus wasn’t fast wins but consistency. Last year settled near $30,000 per month, helping validate the path. That structure now supports faith, refinement, and steady movement toward $90,000 monthly in 2026.
