If her issues are chronic congestion and lung/breatbing issues they need to do genetic testing for primary ciliary dyskensia (PCD). I see you mentioned she had breathing issues at birth which is also a marker for that chronic illness. A lot of doctors do not know about it because it is so rare. Of course, she likely doesn’t have it but may be worth checking.

I have chiari too!! I got the decompression surgery at 16 months old, that surgery quite literally saved my life. Your daughter is so incredibly strong 💜💜

I spent most of my childhood in and out of Cincinnati childrens between my diabetes diagnosis at 10 and my brother being born critically Ill I know that place like the back of my hand and I LOVE THAT HOSPITAL they're amazing and lovely

Same with my baby. OMG I got gas lit for 3 years and finally an ENT fixed everything. He used to be sick every month with a respiratory infection. Keeping fighting!
