Okay hi, PT here!! PLEASE ICE!!!! Your back is INSANELY inflamed and swollen, the reason why you have pain everyday is because each time you use heat, the more you are trapping the inflammation and swelling within ur muscles, aka constaint aggravation. If you ice, you will slowly start to reduce the swelling and it’ll start flushing it all out!!!!

✨“Repeated exposure can lead to permanent damage, and in some cases, increase the risk of skin cancer due to the cellular changes caused by the heat”✨

I’m assuming you’re using the heating pad for lower back pain.. you may have a kidney issue or UTI. I use to have terrible back pain until I started religiously taking cranberry extract and dmannose 🙏 if not that, could be other things. One of them being lower back muscles not activated correctly to help support spine. Just a thought!

Girl your back hurts because of this. I have had a very mild version and it was very painful. It’s like a loop you think it’s muscle pain but it’s probably just this. Use coconut oil and don’t put ANY heat on it till it clears up. You need to see a doctor this is severe
