I work at a freightliner dealership and we could not find one. We had to customize 2 shocks to make them deeper. I can send you some pictures of the one we have if needed

That is on the factory for not filling it up to begin with, but what about the person that in-serviced the unit before the customer received it, and also technically the driver should be checking that as well. Usually everyone assumes that its all good cause its new, but you know what they say about assuming. Keep on keeping on!

Try working on commercial size jet engines where every step of teardown requires a special factory tool & every step of installation requires both an A&P mechanic & inspector to stamp/approve the job.
