FYI, This coffee breed was thought to be extinct for a long time. Until a few years ago they found it again out in nature in a remote part of Mozambique. It only grows in the wild and every bean is hand picked. Pretty cool! Only 100 kilograms can be harvested per year so the scarcity is what makes this the rarest coffee in the world

I once tried the premium civet coffee, which costs $5200/kg. It was truly delicious, very distinctive, and had a strong aroma, but honestly, I still can't believe it's that expensive 😅
