I was having daily focal seizures then I started gabapentin for nerve pain and they’ve dropped significantly

My son has epilepsy, and thankfully he takes Depakine tablets and all his seizures have stopped. Is it possible for the seizures to return if he stops taking the medication?

I used to get these daily too I thought they were anxiety attacks but I was diagnosed with epilepsy the feeling before is so scary aswell 😭 hope you get better xx
