I have been traveling since 2017 but after being in it for awhile and developing my reputation I went back to several hospitals several times. I had a unique opportunity where one company developed an entire CVOR team for one hospital welcoming a new CV surgeon (not a new doctor just new to the hospital). We were so stoked to start this program because most of us new each other and everyone was someone that one of us recommended. It was the most amazing team I have ever worked with. But we soon started noticing that something always went wrong in almost every procedure. And in 15 weeks we lost 9 patients. We noticed that the surgeon made "mistakes" and that it was always caused by someone else. At first anesthesia was the problem and then the first assist was the problem. We went as a team to admin and demanded a sit down meeting because there was something wrong. There solution was just to replace the entire team with a new team. And the same stuff continued to happen. But he was the only CV surgeon there. There was no other surgeon to say that something wasn't right with him. They eventually did fire him but for a completely unrelated incident. He went to another state. Where they did have other surgeons. and almost immediately they noticed something wasn't right and he was fired pretty quickly and that state never issued him a permanent license. But I'm sure he just went to another state. because thats how they get away with it.

Narcissism is attracted to money, power and prestige so they are drawn to healthcare. I mean, look at that recent murder of the dentist and his wife in Ohio. Who did it? The ex husband who happens to be a vascular surgeon.

Pretty sure the ER medical doctor at my hospital is one of them. They try to send me psych patients with 239/140 bp (untreated and not double checked) and another with untreated afib rvr in back to back days.

We don’t realize how dangerous many healthcare workers are. I have always stood firm with healthcare workers but after Covid and being injured by Moderna vaccines and watching our Tyson union brother and sisters harmed by the mandated vaccines and I am slowly realizing how dark healthcare is. It makes me so sad to be a nurse some days.

In 1972 I was an orderly in a hospital in Florida. They hired a woman as an LPN without verifying her license. She worked there for a year before she was found to be a fraud. I worked with this lady, I ate lunch with her in the cafeteria. I even went with some other co workers to her house for lunch. She turned out to be the Black Widow Judy Buenoano who had murdered several boyfriends, husband and even her son. Electrocuted in the same electric chair as Ted Bundy. I met Ted Bundy the night he was arrested. I was an RN working in the jail where he was booked.
