abs exercises don’t burn fat, or at least not enough to slim you completely down. you need to also be doing a lot of cardio. i haven’t had children but that’s what helped me loose 50 pounds so i hope this helps ❤️!!!!

after having babies our abs muscles can separate so you should try deep core exercises instead 💗 unfortunately these are for when your core is healed & stronger but right now you need to build that strength back .. guidedfitmama is a great start 🫶🏽

So I’m not a woman but I can still offer you valuable advice, I’ve seen some people giving you terrible advice and in order to dissolve some potential issues you may face due to the lack of details I felt like this information would help. In order to get a flatter stomach it’s not different for men and women, the bodies are built differently but the muscle groups are the same and the muscle still functions the same. The only way to accomplish a “flat” stomach is to 1, be on a caloric deficit till you get to the target percentage you set 2. Diet, it goes right along with the caloric deficit, you want to eat a 90% whole food diet, it will help your body to properly digest and balance itself and avoid any inflammation and bloating 3. Do core exercises that will strengthen your core bc with core strength it make it much easier for your muscle to be tight around the core area and will help to appear flatter. The calorie deficit can be as easy or extreme as you want it to be, I’ve done extreme deficits and lost multiple pounds a week but it sucks and is absolute torture most of the time. The recommended route is to go slow at around 3-500 calories under maintenance. Do all these and you will be in incredible shape and notice extreme differences in as early as weeks if done correctly. It’s not easy at all, I won’t lie to you but it’s totally achievable with consistency. You’re already doing the workouts, stay consistent. Give your body the other necessary requirements for it to heal the muscle your building and also the opportunity to show them off 🙌 hope this helps, stay motivated 💪
