@reviving.me: Yes, cold exposure has benefits. Yes, I believe in discomfort as a teacher. No, I did not survive longer than 15 seconds. This is the first time I’ve actually been in an “ice bath” all the others were cold plunges and I clearly overestimated myself 😂 But the benefits are amazing if you can cope!
