Go to the dermatologist. You will be prescribed tretinoin, Clindamycin, Accutane, or some combination of those. Anything else over the counter is a waste of your time and money.

diaper rash cream - it's main ingredient is zinc oxide which has anti inflammatory properties which significantly reduces redness and fights bacteria. my best friend used it all the time! cheap also which is nice

Nobody wants to say this because by all other rules it's damaging. Hot take, Rubbing alcohol. You have a bacteria and in any other situation we would apply an anti bacterial or something to attack that. Rub a little alcohol every night. If it's deep without any heads, exfoliate first.

My friend had crazy cystitis acne. It was beyond crazy 😔 She had a bladder issue? Required emergency surgery. Found out her system was riddled with endometriosis. He removed multiple giant cysts. Within days of her surgery her skin started clearing. Besides her scars, she didn’t even get a zit after that. She was also told that she was 99.9% sterile after her surgery, her tubes were mangled badly. 😔 But 7 weeks after that surgery she was pregnant 😂.💕 She went from oozing cysts on her face to completely clear skin and a baby 🤷🏻♀️

Genuinely what worked for me is not using products targeted for acne anymore. Sensitive skin products all the way and a simple skincare routine. Just clean and moisturize. My skin is super sensitive and anything else makes me get bad cystic acne

I don't make this suggestion lightly, but accutane. I tired almost everything, and some stuff would work for a bit and then stop working. But accutane genuinely saved me. I took a low dose for 6 months and never had cystic acne after that.

sorry queen but accutane ✨ it’s really not as scary as the internet makes it out to be i put it off for ages because i wanted to try heal my acne with products but i just bit the bullet and it has changed my life, 5 months in and my skin is glowing i promise you the side effects aren’t AS bad as people make it out to be i haven’t had a side effect where i have said no i want to stop taking it. if that makes sense wish you good luck on your healing journey sending love 💗
