my daughter quit because she couldn’t handle some of the guests. Her last straw was when someone spit on her for not letting them sneak in through the lighting lane. The man’s wife said just push her out of the way but he spit on her face instead

This is a sad reality of what castmembers go through.castmembers may seem calm ,but this affects castmembers mentally and emotionally. Since they can’t defend themselves or say anything . “We all have to deal with this.”

Those poor workers are so on edge that one time I asked if my Disney debit card would give me a discount for our food. The cast member’s face instantly dropped and said “no sorry there’s a lot of fine print on those deals. It won’t work here.” I said “Aw man, that’s okay. Thank you.” & he said “you know what, I’ll give you a discount.” Just be kind!

I would always wonder why guests did not stick up for me when I was a cast member and another guest was screaming at me or one of my coworkers this way. I’m happy to see that a group of guests stood up to him
