You should never get a bike that you can’t touch the ground all it does it make your chances of dropping your bike really high which isn’t rlly worth it in the end

I’m 4’11 and had my bike lowered all the way too. Harley Davidson makes riding boots that have 3.5” chunky heels. Took a little getting used to with shifting, but definitely made riding easier on my 600. They were a lifesaver! 😊

U can also get smaller wheels but u will probably also want a smaller sprocket to keep speed
