First turn off your HDR viewing for photos, then to rid a photo of HDR I edit it in makeup with a small transparent dot, invisible but it saves the photo without HDR

if it's a live photo, you can adjust it to the moment right before the pic was taken, idk if it'll work everytimeee but it works for me🫡
