Osprey compression sack user here for years, frequent traveler for work so I LIVE by these. Tip: roll out clothes before putting on the sack, gives you less wrinkles.

thank you for pointing out how having bigger clothes affects packing! packing 2 weeks worth of winter clothes in a carryon as a size 14/16 can be ROUGH, so i'll take as may tips and tricks as i can get!

I use those sacks for dirty clothes and it gives me extra space coming back. I can't pack unworn stuff in there because of the wrinkling 😳

I always stuff my shoes with my underwear and socks that I’m taking. That saves some space in my suitcase. Not sure if anyone else does this.

The issue right now is the weight limit for a carryon is only 8kg. Air Italy was really strict about it and weight people’s carryons.🥺

I use regular packing cubes and fold my clothes in a konmari method and zip and compress as I go. It’s super easy and fits a ton PLUS I can see all my stuff easily without pulling anything out. But this method could be easier for people who don’t like to carefully fold!

We use dry bags, similar to these but you roll them & then fold down the top & clip. Can really compress. Game changer

Thank you for addressing size comparison for clothing fitting into packing cubes. I follow other travel bloggers who have great tips but they show packing items for resort and islands and the materials are lighter as well.

You may have changed my packing in this one video! As a I have to travel across Canada (I choose carry on) I’m a plus size woman, I’m 6’1” and I have to take my size 12 safety shoes with me. My job is casual so wrinkles don’t matter…placing my order for sacks now!!!

You're doing the lords work! I complain about this often (same height size and shoe) and having to have certain shoes for meetings but I want to work out - the shoe part has been the Bain of my existence recently.
