Hi Laura I can relate on having spasms with having a C6 C7 SCI they’re definitely no fun. They are painful, but thank God they only last short period of time.

so sorry you go thru that! I have continual neck spasms, but at least I can rub mine out and rotate my neck, and they hurt a lot! I can't imagine how painful they must be for you..🥺
