It may hurt and of course needing someone to support you is fine but don’t constantly consider every possibility, don’t linger on what could’ve happened and just make the best of what did happen, the time passes so much faster and even if you don’t fully get over them you still think of them less

remember life moves on and you were born without them, so you can live without them. you were assigned to this mountain to show others it CAN be moved. it’s going to be a long journey and definetely not easy but you will grow and heal. boys are like glitter, at first they’re everywhere you hate it you want it to leave you think you cleaned every spot of them out of your head but they still linger, you’ll never fully clean it but you’ll look back at the glitter and laugh about how much of a mess it was and move on. i believe in you !!
