Don’t get me wrong I do love this eyeliner but it is not 100% not smudge. I have Water tree eyes and after about an hour I’ll have to reply it again. I always make sure my eyes are dry before putting it on.

Unless it's me, then none of this applies. I comes off of my outer corners in around an hour & I can wipe the rest off with my finger.

I love this eyeliner. but let's not lie to the consumers. It 100% comes off with oil based makeup remover. I wear this everyday and remove with a oil based remover every night.

I bought mine and tried to sharpen it and it wouldn’t sharpen it snapped my sharpener and also I even tried twisting the bottom to see if that pushed more up and it didn’t so I got about a weeks worth of eyeliner for a tenner 🫣

will say, it’s my fave pencil eyeliner. and i don’t have it smearing on the ends of my eyes at the end of the day like everything else. but as a watery eye girlie, it does need reapplied through the day and easily removes
