Using a fire hydrant seems like the only actual problem. You should just be able to rent a dumpster, then you can do what you want with it. And they shouldn’t need a building permit because they’re not building anything or setting anything up permanently or even semi permanently. It’s a one time thing, do you also need a permit for a blow up baby pool or slip ‘n slide lol

They pay for all of it with their taxes how the heck are they gonna say something when their taxes employee them and pay for everything the used we need to stop letting the ppl we pay to stop persecuting us and jailing or taxes us more
