Fr I just want a Jellyfish Needoh cause its so cute and I have always loved pulling at strands (I used to pull the strands off of string balls a lot). This whole thing just feels like Pokémon Cards (which I love collecting but they are ALWAYS sold out because of scalpers)

Oh my goodness sudden post, also another wonderful take. I’ve been worried about sensory toys becoming popular once again since I know a lot of neurodivergent people and have watched videos about neurodivergence and I know how genuinely important these toys can be for them. I can only hope this trend will pass quickly and maybe people will resell them at lower prices. But that is just hope.

Supply and demand, if more people buy the companies will make more. That’s good for everyone and a few stores being out of stock is a small price to pay for those fidgets being there in large quantities in the first place.

its rlly a non issue but still something that should be recognized! I dont understand why people are hating on this great take. Have we forgotten that there are people that need sensory/fidget toys? Not only does it potentially take them away from people that genuinely use and need them, but it also contributes to consumerism.

I use a small collection for my dermatillomania, but I had a needoh from like, 2021. I don't understand the need to hoard and collect, like if they get old and start to break by its own, THEN buy a new one.
