@todaysnepal0: Medical practitioner and coordinator of the Civil Defense Campaign, Durga Prasai, has been released on bail. The District Government Attorney's Office, Kathmandu, has ordered Prasai, who was arrested from Pokhara on Monday and brought to Kathmandu, to be released on bail. SP Pawan Kumar Bhattarai of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, said that Prasai was then released. Prasai had alleged that the Election Commission had given legitimacy to the Congress' special general convention by taking Rs 520 million. #todaysnepal #durgaprasai
