the driver should be held accountable yes however no one is talking about the owner of the taxi...as someone who is collecting the transport fees probably paying the driver he should ensure that the vehicle is road worthy all papers are legal and the hired driver has a valid license and pdp. You may cut the tree branches but if you are not dealing with the roots the branches will grow again

Police, politicians, traffic officials, association's must also take responsibility for this. Speeches and being reactive won't bring those kids back. This could have been prevented if there was a political will to deal with law that has become a culture living people desperate.
