In EU countries you MUST take your vacations, otherwise companies are paying huge fines. and they dont want it, so there is a must to plan and use at least 90% your vacations, which is mostly 26-30 days a year (depend on country). I know in US or Canada you can save a good money, but please.. respect your mental health and use vacations days.
