@kimberlymarshall513: So this is the moments I live for. Just home chillin with my hubby. He’s such a home body. They say a man loves a peaceful home. I’m starting to understand what that truly means. No noise. No wahala. Being able to communicate in a way that is respectful. Knowing when to let certain things go that serves you no good or purpose. Be each other’s calm. I’m still learning to be an example of that. Marriage has highs and lows. Being able to give the loud and noisy moments to God is so important. Intercultural LDRs can be very powerful in a way that’s beneficial. It’s teaching me to be still and be open to new perspectives. Most importantly I don’t have to have the final say. It’s ok to be quiet and study each other, but also respect the differences. LDR fam enjoy the quiet moments. Be an example to your spouse of what you desire in the relationship. Pray continuously and intentionally. Be each other’s peace. Thanks for being here to support me through this journey. Let’s continue to grow as a community. We have so much in common.
