People saying “they need to be in pairs” no…..my friends budgie growing up killed any budgie she was put with, she DESPISED having another bird, she glowed being an only child. It’s purely circumstantial.

The cage is fine, but de perches are not, get natural onces, these are bad for their feet, and some destructible toys would be nice.
