Something salty and a Diet Coke but honestly the best thing for me is forcing myself to throw up it’s gets rid of the pressure in my head and I feel so much better

sumatriptan had too severe of side effects for me so I switched to rizatriptan. I recommend trying the different triptans

the drink water is people assuming its the same as a dehydration headache... migraine is a neurological condition 💔

There's an hypnosis migraine relief sound on YouTube and I thought it was BS at first but I was desperate, three years later it's the only sound that helps me fall asleep with a migraine and wake up without it.

Also Botox does reduce the frequency of mine, just enough so it’s not cosmetic and my forehead is frozen but does help with a few fine lines 😂 have a little bit in your stress points in your temples, it paralyses the nerves that ‘throb’ you can literally see mine throb in a mirror 😳 I always know when it’s wearing off because they’re so much more consistent!

Took zomig (triptan med) for the first time a few weeks ago. Absolutely never again. It was worse than the migraine. Thought I was having a stroke, rang my sister and she asked why I was slurring my words. Awful. Do not recommend to a friend

Sumatriptan helps me but ONLY when I take it alongside painkillers as well, on its own it does nothing 😭😭😭

I've got atypical headaches / face... aches?? and I give myself a brain freeze with either ice creams or ice cold water and it lowkey gets the initial pain to leave for a little

summisitram only helps when you feel the migraine in the beginning..when you take it later it doesn't help

Triptans terrify me. They help, but they make me panic and feel like I'm having a heart attack first. Something to do with blood vessels opening.
