The retinol irritated my skin. I tried putting abit in my moisturiser only using it 2/3 days a week. My skin still was so irritated. Now it’s left me unable to use my regular products glycolic cleanser my vitamin c In fact only products that will help build my skin barrier back up. I go so red and swell up and my skin has been left so dry. I’ve always loved to look after my skin with working in the beauty industry but I just can’t. Will it ever get back to how it was it’s been 3years. I’ve tried lots of different products but nothing any good. Can anyone please suggest anything in clinic etc. Thankyou in advance 🙏

I’ve been using retinol for like gosh I don’t know how many years and vitamin c. I have actually used the method she speaks of but I don’t feel like there has been any improvement in my skin whatsoever. I feel like I buy good brands and I’ve listen to different derms but still no change in my skin texture tone anything.
