I went to the ER for severe back pain once. I was convinced I slipped a disk because it hurt so bad and I was taking the MAX amount of Tylenol you can take in a day. They literally hooked me up to IV tylenol, got a whole ass MRI!!!!! They found nothing. I have MCAS… no doctors understand it. I felt so shitty. Felt like I was a liar even though I’ve never been in that much pain in my life
