Magnesium Glycinate twice a day and if you can get a hold of some oxygen will help these horrible nightmares. I can't take migraine meds, endo dr suggested these. it works my friend. 🙏🙏 feel better

I have Chiari Malformation so I can empathize with you. I found that a hot bath in the dark, 2 Aleve, and a caffenated beverage at the same time woukd give me some relief and sometimes I would get lucky for it to go completely away.

Migraines are the worst. After years of trying everything, Nurtec prescription & zofran & dark quite room & electrolytes. Cold pack on my forehead & neck is the only thing that works. Feel better! 🫶🏽

Sit on the side of your tub with your feet in as hot as you can handle water and bend over and put something frozen on the base of your head.

Omg I feel your pain and live with chronic headaches and so far the only thing that I have found through my doctor that’s prescribed is called Nuro tech looking into getting those from your doctor because it’s appeal that dissolves under your tongue and it relieves your headache within 30 minutes of taking it I promise you it’s a miracle🥰🥰🥰 but I will praying 🙏🏻 you to get some relief soon
