@samushca.art: The easiest way to draw back muscles instead of bubbly something-something, is this really simple structure. First draw just a moon curve and two triangles, so they split the curve into 3 parts. The height of our scapula is a bit less than half of this curve. The upper arm is twice as big. Yes we really need it here. Now you need three simple shapes: The first one the arrow, or our trapezius it goes from our spine to the scapula spine, like this, at the top edge, The next shape is the garlic - our delts, which go from that moon line to the upper arm midpoint, but be careful here because they insert more in front, so we don't see them go inside from the back. And the rhombus pattern, which we have actually twice: the first time in the trapezius muscle, because all these fibers connected to the spine with tendon, which is don’t grow, when you train muscles, the muscle fiber - yes, the tendon fiber part - no; and the second time with our lats, which make our butty look cool, the lats go all the way to the upper hand, so you could do pull-ups. Add a few details like the core muscles, our big arm rotator and the Lat’s Little Helper - the teres major. Done! Everything else you don’t need to know…really #arttips #artanatomy #anatomyforartist #drawback #drawmuscles

istg people say anatomy is hard only to fit in. It's FAR from being the hardest thing, for example, try applying anatomy knowledges to a... tricky perspective/angle. Now that's a challenge, now THAT is what makes your brain burn
